It's finally sunny and warm! I love the warm weather - time for t-shirts and shorts, icy drinks, flip flops and sandals, barbecues and picnics ... but the BEST thing of all is ICE CREAM!! When I was a kid, my mom, brother and I would drive to Swenson's and each order up a banana split : ) with lots of nuts ... I would ask for more cherries ...

I love ice-cream sandwiches too : ) but made with real bread ~ I love chocolate ice-cream between 2 slices of plain country bread .... yummmmmmmm .... it just brings back good ol' memories : )

I sure do scream for ICE CREAM : ) especially with tons of chocolate sprinkles ...

Sometimes, we have no answers for the tragedies that happen in life ... I lost my friend, Donovan, who was filled with life not so long ago, fathered a son not so long ago, and loved living each moment with zest not so long ago ... He was only 36years young not so long ago ... the only comfort I have is knowing he's no longer in pain, and has gone back HOME.
